Methodology and Cleaning Approach

Our cleaning crew follows a very easy and efficient cleaning approach. All cleanable areas and the times when these areas need to be cleaned are discussed and agreed upon with each cleaner before they start the cleaning contract. They are provided with charts of daily cleaning schedules that clearly explain what needs to be done on a daily basis for each assigned area. Additionally, they receive periodic cleaning schedules specifying which areas require cleaning and when, such as high windows/glazing, deep cleaning of carpets, strip and seal of floors, and upholstery cleaning. Our staff are well trained in all the areas they are expected to perform.

Our approach ensures that by the time officers start work, most of the cleaning inside the respective offices is completed to minimize disturbances. The cleaning team begins with the office interiors, following the cleaning procedures outlined in their daily schedules. They then proceed to other areas such as hallways, restrooms, kitchens, and exterior surroundings. Tea and refreshments are also served to officers as required.

Our teams take turns to break for lunch but ensure that they are all back before officers leave for their lunch breaks, minimizing disruptions. Areas such as kitchens, main entrances, and restrooms are cleaned frequently to maintain the highest hygiene standards.

Loading, Unloading, and Packing Services

Our loaders are happy to assist customers with assembling and reassembling items. REMAS loaders can handle any truck load or unloading service with expertise.
